Often times I would find a home and start to message her about it, only to find she had already emailed all the information to me along with 3 or 4 other listings that she thought would be a close match. This tells me that she really paid attention to the things we asked for specifically and then did the research to find such houses. She was very on top of things and that is exactly what you need when you are working with a tight time frame. Kristina is also full of resources and other information about the area.
