Kristina was amazing. She has been our realtor for the last almost year, she took us to multiple houses and kept a open schedule so that we could see the houses when we needed to see them. Throughout our process of buying the house that we fell in love with she has kept us very informed and has been a shoulder to lean on when we couldn’t handle the stress. It took us a lot longer then we expected to close and she was there every step of the way to make sure she could help us in anyway possible.
Kristina has very good negotiating skills and saved us money, by recommending we did not offer asking price, which we were prepared to do. Very happy with everything, particularly Kristina's work. We were very impressed when she offered to do virtual walk-through showings for us. We live in MI and wanted to see the house, thinking it was the best one, but couldn't drive down right away. So she went out to the house (an hour and a half drive for her) in the rain, and took 12-13 short videos of all areas of the home, property, barn, outbuilding -- and then did a short summary video at the end! She even made them fun! Then she made sure we could access the videos. That is when we decided this was the home/property we wanted to see in person and likely buy. We truly appreciated her dedication and service in going above and beyond expectations.
