Kristin was responsive and helped us find our first home together. She helped negotiate and was a solid link between us and the mortgage broker when issues arose with the bank we were getting our mortgage through. She is an excellent realtor and we are so appreciative for all of her assistance.
Our family is so impressed with Kristen Sollars and her commitment to helping us sell my mother‘s property. Kristen was invested in helping us work through all of the challenges that may routinely come up when selling a house. Her follow up was exceptional. Her knowledge, ethics and integrity gave us great peace of mind. So thankful my mom spoke up and told us we were going with Kristen’s!
From start to finish Kristin was there and willing to help no matter what time of day it was. Her knowledge of the housing market really made this experience go smoothly. Any time I had a question she answered it fast and for me to understand. She remained professional at all times.
