Great people to work with.

I highly recommend Kristin Rush. We are in love with our home and she made the whole experience incredibly easy and thorough. She has great knowledge of home buying and a high level of integrity, so I felt comfortable the whole time. :)

Kristin went WAY above and beyond with us

Kristin went WAY above and beyond with us. We originally contacted them about a rental property. They graciously took 5 hours out of their day on a Saturday to show us around and all of our options. By the end of the day, we were also starting to consider buying a home. After 5 hours of showing us rental properties, they then drove us through some of the new constructions and up and coming neighborhoods. We lived in Florida and shopping for homes is a little difficult from 6 hours away. Kristin showed us some houses via email and we picked the ones we wanted to see more of. She went to the house and called us over FaceTime so we could see the house without having to be in the state, saving us a dramatic amount of time. We then were able to come back to South Carolina and view only the houses we truly liked. Once we had picked the house we wanted, she got us to closing in roughly a month. We were in somewhat of a time crunch and she understood and got things together and moving to closing in a surprisingly short amount of time. It was the smoothest closing I have ever been involved in. If you're looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Kristin. She is fantastic!
