Kristin Placa

I highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She not only helped us purchase a home but also handled the sale of our the property years later, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She is an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her dedication and attention to detail made both experiences seamless. We truly appreciated her guidance and support every step of the way. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor who genuinely cares about her clients, honestly look no further..

Kristin responded in timely and kind manner. She also handles significant interactions with other companies involved in the process2

We had a great experience working with our real estate agents. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly made the entire process as smooth as possible. We really appreciated their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. And now today, a little over a month later, we are settled into our new home and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Kristin and Dana.

Dana and Kristin were amazing to work with! My boyfriend and I decided to sell both of our homes and buy one home together. We knew it was going to be a tough go and things were not going to be easy, but Kristin and Dana got it done for us in just 2 short months! They treated us like family yet were extremely professional, attentive and made our dream become a reality! If you are looking to buy or sell your home, these 2 amazing realtors are the only way to go!! Thank you so much ladies for all of your hard work, dedication and getting us to exactly where wanted to be together HOME 🥰

Kristen Placa and Dana Romero were a pleasure to work with to sell my home. They came up with fair pricing and suggested price adjustments as the market dictated. I never felt pressure to accept a price reduction. The pricing strategy that you suggested ended up with two offers over asking price. They both guided me thru the entire process from listing thru closing. I would definitely use them again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Kristin to buy my first home. She is knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. In a stressful process, I had no doubt that I had one of the best by my side, which allowed me to have peace of mind every step of the way. I could not recommend Kristin enough!
