Kristy was incredibly generous with her time, resources, and expertise throughout the entire process. It was a little bit slower market in my area but She brought a wide variety of creative strategies to the table. She provided her own staging items and met with me multiple times to stage the house strategically, which made a big difference in presentation. She also went above and beyond by hosting multiple open houses and had a large social media presence for extra reach. Her dedication and positive attitude made for a great process of selling my house.

Kristy came prepared to our first meeting with personal knowledge and market data about my area. I let her know my criteria was a quicker sale as I had already left the state, so getting the price right from the start was critical. After touring my home and adjusting for the improvements that were made, we agreed on a price that was right for the market. As the house was now empty, Kristy and her team staged the home beautifully, took professional photos for the listing, and baked cookies for the open house. I had a strong offer in hand for asking price within two weeks (and it likely only took that long because the first weekend was a "dead" 3 day weekend.) Communication was done over the phone for longer, in depth conversations, and by a group chat for short, fast chats. Responses were always timely. Kristy and her team were professional from start to finish, and any problems that arose were handled quickly and without fuss. I had some anxiety and doubts about the process as I was over 1000 miles away, but in the end it was all incredibly smooth and painless. I wish I could fly her out should I ever need to sell my current home! Thanks Kristy and team!
