I found myself in need of a realtor while working on my father's estate, and truthfully I was skeptical of the entire industry. My brother sold his home some time ago with Kristin's agency and knew that she had just moved into my area so I gave her a call. From our first meeting, I knew that Kristin was the right fit for me. She is honest and straight foreword, explained the sales process in detail, was transparent regarding process and fees, and in fact won me over. She worked to make the sale easy from the great photos she took for the listing all the way to closing day. Kristin is a good communicator. We were in touch almost every day through the process, sometimes early in the morning and late at night. I was an emotional wreck as a first time seller, selling my childhood home and Kristin worked extra hard to keep my stress level low. I felt that there was someone truly "in my corner" who cared about helping me through the sales process, and not so much about the 'bottom line'. Kristin has single-handedly changed my mind about the entire real estate industry, and I recommend her 100% to anyone buying or selling in my area.

Our process of buying a home ended up dragging out for several years. Kristin remained patient and gracious. When we found the house that had what we had been looking for, it seemed out of our price range. Kristin encouraged us to not give up on it. Even when finding the right lender got complicated, we were able to follow through. The sellers realtor acknowledged that Kristin’s perseverance was key in seeing this through to settlement.
