Kristen is my realtor, she assisted me in not only finding a house , but the right house. She was available every time I needed to have a question answered and assist me in locating the house I wanted. I was s first time home buyer and had no experience with this and did not know what to expect in this process. Kristen walked me through the entire process and was always their when I needed her. I can't say enough good things about her. Customer driven and very patient especially with me, a first time home buyer. As I said before she assisted me in finding the right house. She constantly was looking out for new houses that came on the market that would fit my requests and requirements and most importantly my price point. When she saw something that might fit what I was looking for, she would immediately send me an E-mail to see if I liked it. She always took care of what I asked, even when I didn't know what I was asking. The customer service was excellent, she always returned my phone calls in a prompt manner, and if she did not know the answer to my questions, she would find out and get back with me. Kristen has extensive knowledge of the market she serves in Tuscon and also recommended a lot of excellent vendors, home inspectors and contractors to me which I used and was more than pleased. I'm sure was not her only client, she had to juggle me along with her other clients, but you wouldn't know that. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. With her knowledge of the Tuscon area, along with contacts of excellent vendors she is hard to beat. Today it is all about customer service and Kristen stands out. I will recommend her to everyone I meet who may be in the market for a home, she definitely is one of the best.
