Kristin is a knowledgeable agent of the areas where the house were located in, and will give you an insight if a house would pass the appraiser inspection (I used a VA loan to purchase my home). As well as, making sure that there would be an alternate agent available to show you a house, in the event that she wouldn't be able to make it herself. Overall great agent.
