Kristin Crane was born in Appleton and she has never left.
Kristin's dream was to become a Realtor. She made that dream come true and absolutely loves it. Kristin is a hard worker with strong work ethics and is set on providing the best service possible to her clients and will always make them a priority. She wanted to be her own boss and work directly with her clients and to help people accomplish homeownership and hasn’t looked back since.
"I work as an independent agent, which means that I can give my clients my full attention and work directly with you every step of the way for both buyers & sellers," says Kristin. "I really enjoy meeting and getting to know new people. I try my hardest to make the home buying and selling process fun and as stress free as possible for you."
Kristin has more than seven years of experience in customer service and she brings those skills to the table when working with her clients. Kristin also worked at an appraisal company for four years. Her experience in the assessment world includes holding an Assessor 1 & Assessment Technician License. She can assist with general questions you might have about the assessment side of things, and that makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.
"I wanted to share this because it shows that I really work hard when I have a task at hand, which carries throughout when helping my clients with the home buying and selling process," adds Kristin.
Kristin lives in Grand Chute with her boyfriend, Ian, and pet cats Gizmo and Raven. She spends her free time watching the newest shows and movies, or finding new and fun things to do, especially in the outdoors. Kristin has a love for reading and spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend.
