Last year, I worked with Kristen Allan to sell my property in Kyle, TX. I have to say, she was on top of things, guided me in preparing the property for sale, and supervised the repair personnel for me. I was very grateful for her understanding of my situation, the market, and accompanying me to the outcome I was hoping for. I truly feel she was instrumental in the success of my sale.
