There are so many good things to say ... I think what we valued most about Kristi’s work as our buying agent was the following: 1. She is Soooo Communicative. I never had the chance to wonder, “hmm, I wonder how X is going”. She always had an update for us before we needed it. 2. She is so “on it”. She knows exactly what she and you as a buyer need to do at any given point in time. Which, when you’re buying a home DURING A PANDEMIC, is unbelievably invaluable. And not only that, but I really believe that we were able to get into our new home so quickly - at a time when so many in real estate were inundated with business - because Kristi is amazing at staying on top of the title agency, lender, and others she works with on our behalf. 3. Knowledgeable. Do you feel like you don’t know what you don’t know when it comes to buying a house? Then you want Kristi. There was no point during this process that I thought, “hmm I wish I had more information on that”, because Kristi already covered it. Overall, she made a messy (and pandemic-affected) process less overwhelming, and easy to navigate.

My home buying experience with Kristi was very informative and enjoyable. I was a first time home buyer and Kristi laid out the process and gave me tips throughout the process. Never owning a home I had an idea about what I wanted but Kristi helped me view a wide range of homes to help me better understand what is a good value for homes of different sizes and condition. This helped me better understand what I was looking for and narrow my search. I purchased my home during the governors lockdown order and although I was not able to meet Kristi in person she maintained good communication through voice and video calls throughout the process. Kristi was great about working around my schedule when setting up viewings and took calls or texts late in the evening when needed. Overall I am very happy with my experience working with Kristi and would recommend her to any family members or friends looking for an agent.
