Kristi Donaldson is an excellent agent to work with! I was very comfortable throughout the entire process. During this time of uncertainty in the real estate market, she was more than helpful and clearly an expert on the area. I would like to thank her personally and would gladly recommend Kristi to anyone.
Kristi was nothing short of amazing with the sale of our home. We had road blocks and she rolled with it and guided us every step of the way. She always made herself available to us anytime of day which was so greatly appreciated. She told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our home and she sold it fast! We had multiple offers the first weekend we listed it. I will always use her for any of our real estate needs!
Kristi works nearly around the clock to get the job done. Excellent agent to work with.
Kristi helped me every step of the way. From the first day I met her, I liked her. Very professional, knew what she was talking about. She always kept me informed by text or phone to let me know what was going on. If you need to sell or buy a house, you need Kristi.
Kristi is relentless, effective and a go-getter. No matter the time of the day, she is always reachable. She helped us get the house of our dreams.
The housing market for a buyer is incredibly difficult right now. Finding the right home for our family took a lot of time and effort. Kristi was there every step of the way. She was very supportive and never pushed us to settle, she reminded us frequently that the right home will come. And it did! She provided excellent advice and knowledge of the area. She was always available to bounce ideas off of and provide reassurance. Very pleased with our buying experience. I hope we stay in touch as she has become a friend.
Kristi is amazing to work with! She helped us navigate the best time to sell our house and finding our new home. She is very knowledgeable about the market and will always advocate for what is best for you! Buying a home is very daunting, but Kristi always came with all the info and wasn’t afraid to do some digging when we had more questions or concerns. She also knows what to look for during home tours to ensure you’re not getting a bad deal. Kristi made buying a home so much less scary and was very transparent on her professional thoughts on each property we looked at. We would recommend Kristi to any of our friends looking for a great house buying/selling experience!
Very knowledgeable, manages expectations, quells anxiety, welcomes dialog and feedback.
After many months of searching, it’s finally official - we’re homeowners!! 🏡🔑 Huge thank you to Kristi Donaldson for being so patient with us through this process and working with us until we found the right one, and to our friends and family who are pitching in to help with all our crazy projects. Can’t wait to make this house our home! ❤️
Kristi Donaldson deserves a million star review, not just five! Kristi is the BEST real estate agent anyone could ever hope to work with. She knows the market inside and out, she’s an outstanding communicator and a total pro, and she provided extra support to us beyond just the transaction. Since we were buying from out of state, Kristi was our eyes and ears from start to finish. She built and maintained a warm, professional relationship with us from the first time we met. She kept in touch regularly and went out of her way to help us, beyond what we ever expected. She had an immensely positive impact on our Blue Water property journey. Thank you, Kristi!
