In this type of Seller's market Kristi was a life saver. At her suggestion my house was staged (with furniture), ending with a full price offer in a very short time. Because the buyers were paying a premium price for my house they were very picky, which required my agent (Kristi) to exhibit the skills of a master diplomat. The bottom line..... in the process of selling a house when you encounter a "bump in the road" which happens to every sale at some point you need an agent that is not only knowledgeable, but whose attention to detail is right on point.
