Her communication is excellent and always kept me up to speed with what was going on regarding my house. She let me know how renovations were going, when my house was to go on the market, all the open houses and potential buyers, just to name a few. Also I live 170 miles from where my house was located so her communication was extremely important to me and she was Excellent. Kristen is extremely professional. She patiently went over all the paperwork....lots of paperwork with me and would not hesitate to explain aspects of the paperwork to me. And she explained it in layman's terms so I absolutely understood. Not only did Kris regularly communicate with us, she was very engaged and real about the process. We had an unfortunate situation where our buying house fell through, however Kris found us a better house that was more beneficial to our family.
