We have worked with Kristen for more than a year, maybe closer to two. It took us that long to find a place we loved because we were from out of town and my erratic schedule would only allow brief visits once a month or so. I suppose we also had particular needs in what we were looking for. Kristen has been available regularly to meet with us and show us new properties, often times even under short notice. She was also invaluable in helping us navigate some truly "unusual" situations with, let's just say, challenging sellers. She steered us away from what could have been a catastrophic purchase.
