Buying raw land is a totally different ballgame and even though we knew it was an investment we wanted to make, we had no idea where to even begin. I appreciated how active Kristen was in our neighborhood and I knew that she had a strong reputation as a realtor, but when I asked if she'd be interested in helping us with our search, I almost expected her to politely decline. Luckily for us, she said yes! Ours was a very specific vision. We knew exactly what we were looking for and she reassured us that we'd find it, eventually. All along the way, she educated us on conservations, easements, soil tests and surveys. She guided us every step of the way, including driving 2+ hours outside of Atlanta to wander the woods with us, on more than one occasion! Nearly eight months later and we've just closed on the perfect piece of land.
