Buying raw land is a totally different ballgame and even though we knew it was an investment we wanted to make, we had no idea where to even begin. I appreciated how active Kristen was in our neighborhood and I knew that she had a strong reputation as a realtor, but when I asked if she'd be interested in helping us with our search, I almost expected her to politely decline. Nearly eight months later and we've just closed on the perfect piece of land. It wasn't the easiest search, nor was it the most efficient, but we got exactly what we were looking for - and then some - and Kristen made it all possible. Now we know why her reputation is so strong and without a doubt, we would recommend her to everyone.
