This was my first realtor-assusted home purchase involving financing is 27 years, so I was very unfamiluar with the process and what I should expect. Kristen took the time to explain steps, follow through with questions of the sellers, and to assist in negotiating some unexpected problems that arose. Even after the tranaction was complete, Kristen continues to respond to questions I have, including recommending contractors as needed. About 6 years ago, Kristen worked as my son's agent in purchasing his first house. His good experience with Kristen is the reason I chose Kristen to represent me. I highly recommend Kristen.
