Kristen Obert

Kristen consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your house is ready to sell. She will answer any questions you may have and she has the best advice. Kristen also helped us buy our house and we had the same experience. She will make sure you find the home that suits what you need. We can't thank her enough for helping us

Kristen came highly recommended and they were absolutely correct! Home buying in itself can have a lot of ups and downs, but through the whole process, she made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and confident. Super communicative, very knowledgeable, and honestly felt like family. No matter what phase of life you’re in, if you’re looking for a home, I definitely recommend Kristen to be your realtor!

Gave me great market insight and guided me every step of the way through the entire process. She was very professional and was a great advocate for me with the buyers agent.

Kristen offered excellent communications. I traded many emails and text conversations, as well as phine calls to clarify requirements and expectations. This was my first realtor-assusted home purchase involving financing is 27 years, so I was very unfamiluar with the process and what I should expect. Kristen took the time to explain steps, follow through with questions of the sellers, and to assist in negotiating some unexpected problems that arose. Even after the tranaction was complete, Kristen continues to respond to questions I have, including recommending contractors as needed. About 6 years ago, Kristen worked as my son's agent in purchasing his first house. His good experience with Kristen is the reason I chose Kristen to represent me. I highly recommend Kristen. She gets it done. She has gone above and beyond, even dealing with what could easily have turned into a potential squatter situation. She was able to step in to clear things up and get the person to vacate immediately. She has contacts, septic, contractors, locksmiths, financing, title comlanues. She has been doing this long enough to establish good relationship with many people, and I have never a negative word. I am happy to have enlisted Kristen to represent me, and, if i have another real estate transaction to complete, I would definitely request Kristen again. My wife agrees. I whole-heartedly recommend Kristen Obert from Iron Valley Real Estate to anyone

Kristen was informative and helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell or buy.

Kristen has helped us for almost 2 years now to find us the perfect starter home. With how crazy the market has been we decided to wait it out and the right one came at the right time. She always responded to messages and calls no matter the time and made sure as the buyers we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Our buying and closing process was so smooth thanks to her hard work! Will definitely use her again in the future for any selling and buying needs!
