Kristen was recommended to me by someone who lives locally. I had a property that I wanted to sell and I live two hours away, to say that I was satisfied with how Kristen handled our transaction would be an understatement. There are plenty of adjectives that would describe my feelings about the experience I had in selling this property and they are all positive. The really important part of this experience was the fact that Kristen really knew her business. She was able to relate the important facts about which I should be aware. She was easy to reach when I had a question. She actually even listened to me when I had a suggestion. The thing that impressed me the most was how involved she was with the whole process. Unlike some other realtors I’ve dealt with she was ready willing and able to get her hands dirty in order to make some adjustments that needed to be done. I was very impressed with that one fact. She didn’t just delegate. She was really immersed, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. I could continue with the adjectives but you get my drift.
