We were working with a different model originally but found that the agents they kept referring us to didn't have the local knowledge, the breadth of knowledge, or anywhere near the experience that Kristen brought to the table. We were in a very fast moving market and Kristen was always on top of it, kept things moving and provided valuable advice. Couldn't ask for anyone better!
Making a fairly quick move in midwinter, a tough time to find the right house, we interviewed some agents, checked references, and chose Kristen and her partner. And are we ever glad! I was hospitalised at the planned move time so it was very stressful but we were comfortable trusting Kristen who followed up on many, many details to make the purchase work. It was especially challenging as the selling agent was frankly not very good, so Kristen did extra work and I believe was actually given a lower fee than is typical (we didn’t even realise that until later). We’re experienced home buyers, so we know a quality agent when we see one, and Kristen certainly qualifies. She worked well with her partner, Emphasising each person’s strength’s. And to top it off, she has such a calm and pleasant personality that working with her was encouraging and enjoyable!
Kristen is an absolute gem to work with. She not only knows her stuff, but is responsive and thorough. She is always there to offer advice, to lend a hand, and to do whatever it takes to make the process of buying and selling a home as easy as possible. I think 10 stars would be a better rating! We were looking for a home that would accommodate combining households with my mother. What we wanted was so specific it took time. Kristen was VERY patient and always notified us as soon as something new came on the market. Once we found something, Kristen made the process seamless. Kristen and her team, although busy, make you feel like you are their only client. Kristen made us feel confident in her knowledge and always communicated promptly, finding us exactly what we were looking for.
I can’t say enough good things about Kristen and our experience with her. From minute one, when my husband and I spontaneously attended an Open House and fell in love with the home and decided we needed to put an offer in. We called Kristen and she recognized it was a great house and it would go quickly, so she dropped everything on a Saturday night to help us get an offer in. (She didn’t even know we were looking, so she wasn’t warned!) She met with us first thing Sunday morning to go over everything, recommended a great lender — who also took time away from his vacation to help us — and also gave us the name and phone number of an accountant to help us with our strange financial challenges. There were multiple offers, but ours was the first and best, as Kristen gave us great advice. The sellers accepted and we were on our way! The day after we signed all of the acceptance paperwork our personal, this financial, circumstances changed drastically and our lending couldn’t go through as it was. Kristen worked with the seller’s agent and was able to keep the seller’s on board with our offer and plan to buy until we could work out funding. I’m sure it was one of the most stressful deals Kristen had to do, but she was a trooper and never let us feel badly for all the extra work. What could have been a really bad experience turned out to be great, in the end ... all thanks to Kristen and her team. We are so grateful.
I have known Kristen for years and when I found out she was working in Real Estate I knew if I ever was going to buy or sell that I would absolutely use her. Throughout the time knowing Kristen I observed her work ethic, attention to detail and overall commitment to anything she starts. She is always invested 100%. She did not disappoint!! Kristen is wonderful! She goes way above and beyond ...always quickly responsive to questions; has no qualms about finding the answer if she doesn’t already know. And never gives up, no matter how difficult the search might get for the best property for her clients. I would give her a thousand stars and will definitely refer any one I come across who needs the services of a top notch realtor!
