Kristen was incredibly responsive and patient as we searched for a home. She was communicating both with the home buyers who live on the East Coast and myself who was looking at the homes as we searched. She answered texts and emails very quickly and was available to help us see listings we found. She knew what we were looking for and was helpful in finding any property issues which might be more costly than we were able to handle. Kristen is so patient and not pushy at all. Kristen handled the sale of our home in a highly skilled and very responsive way. Kristen stepped in when my original agent was out of town and I wanted to make an offer on a home. The changeover was seamless. I found another house but after inspections, it had some expensive issues. Kristen had an expert look into the issues and then advised me there was just too much, that we could find a better house for me. We did find another house and Kristen had to deal with a company that does things a bit differently. She handled it intelligently and smoothly despite my annoyance with certain things I found highly annoying about the other company. The house is now mine, and I am benefiting from Kristen's list of the people I need to make the house what I want it to be.
