Our experience with Kristen was exceptional. Her ability to connect well with others makes the selling process seamless. Her knowledge of the area and market gives a strategic edge. From the moment we started the idea of selling through the negotiations and closing...Kristen paved the way and did it with ease. The service was concierge level. It was almost like she knew what we needed before we asked. Her response time is excellent. There seem to be so many challenges that can come up along the way and Kristen handled them swiftly and with ease. Her level of professionalism and friendliness is so refreshing. Perhaps that's why I'm taking the time to review our experience. I would gladly refer her to my friends and family with confidence that their experience will be exceptional, just like ours has been.

We found Kristen when initially searching for potential vacation homes in the Naples area and found her to be the perfect balance of "get things done" without being too pushy or aggressive with us, as we were only dipping our toes into the water a bit, at first. After buying a wonderful condo and owning it for 6 years, Kristen was also instrumental in being a resource of vast knowledge and experience with local services and vendors as the unit needed a few things done along the way - maintenance and repairs etc. which was huge as we live quite far away! Recently, with the upswing in the market coupled with our own circumstances changing we turned to Kristen to help us research the market to determine if selling our unit was the right thing to do. But here's the thing! Kristen didn't just help us to do a market comparison to set potential pricing etc. she was instrumental in helping us to get the unit ready for sale by bringing in the right people to move and remove things and spruce things up, while we were able to stay in Boston!! The successful sale of our unit at a very healthy price does not happen with Kristen's basic instinct to just do the right thing for her clients. She has become more like a friend then just a real estate agent to us!!

Ms. Janson superseded our expectations, not only in presentation, but in delivery of services. She excelled in punctual and thorough communication as well as exhuming an incredible amount of knowledge that pertained to our purchase of a secondary home for retirement. In all our years of buying and selling homes, we have never experienced such a positive and efficient process with an incredible amount of confidence and satisfaction with the end results. She was a master of negotiations, acting as a liaison between us and the sellers. We walked away from the closing with friendships due to a professional and mutual respect shown by everyone involved in the entire process. It was a "joy" to take possession of our new home, Kristen was the catalyst that made it happen. Without hesitation, we will refer our friends and family to her in the future.

Kristen did an outstanding job helping us find and purchase our dream condo in Naples. We live in New York, so it was a challenge, but Kristen has such great communication skills that we were able to find the perfect place in just 3 weeks. She is a true professional and guided us in determining a good offer. After our offer was accepted, she still stayed in touch throughout the process to closing. I feel that we were very lucky to have found Kristen, and would wholeheartedly recommend her.
