About Kristen

Kristen is a Texas native, born and raised in San Antonio. She grew up in San Antonio and then moved to San Angelo, Tx to attend Angelo State University. After college they moved back to San Antonio and got married in 2006. Kristen worked as a teacher/coach in San Antonio NISD for 12 years. She began real estate in 2011 & loved it! Over the years they would often travel to the Coastal Bend to visit family and enjoyed exploring all the small fishing towns & beaches. In 2015 their daughter, Presley, was born and they welcomed their son, Jackson, in 2018. They loved the coast so much they decided to buy investment homes in Port Lavaca & Rockport! Kristen and Michael decided to move & raise their children in Rockport-Fulton because of the relaxed environment, wonderful schools, and friendly people! Kristen specializes in residential real estate in South Texas. Whether it is in the Coastal Bend or Hill Country, Kristen has the experience! She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. She has sold everything from condos, garden, custom, luxury, investment, waterfront, new construction, vacation homes, & 1031 exchanges. Kristen has years of experience in assisting the military, out of state clients, & relocation companies. Many times this was done site unseen! Kristen focuses on protecting her clients and their best interest. Kristen’s passion is helping other people succeed. She will work hard to ensure you get the best deal and your time and money are protected! It does not matter if you are a first time home buyer or experienced in real estate, Kristen will take care of you! .
