Kristen helped my partner and I purchase our first home, and I couldn't imagine a better experience! I have heard nightmare stories from friends and family buying homes in the last couple of years, but working with Kristen made what I thought would be an incredibly stressful and fraught process something really fun and exciting! She walked us through the process, helped us find suitable homes to look at, advised us on the nerve-racking process of putting an offer in, answered all of our questions, even if we texted her outside of business hours, and had a great and kind attitude throughout. Our closing period was a bit complicated and took 60 days, but Kristen was great and stayed on top of what was at times complicated requests to and for the seller. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
