She would drive lengthy drives to see any home we wanted. Also, would honestly let you know what was good or bad about a house. Big plus she is good with kids! Kristen really demystified the home-buying process and made it as stress-free as it could be! I felt like I could be honest with her about my needs and ask her truly ANY question no matter how trivial. This was mine and my fiance's first time buying a house, and we were looking for almost two years before we made it to closing. Kristen was supportive the whole time, even when something wasn't right and we had to walk away. I always felt like she had our best interests in mind and successfully advocated for us throughout the sale. We also found a number of financial resources and contractors through Kristen, which was truly a relief - the last thing I wanted to do after closing was more research!
