"Kristen went above and beyond in helping my husband and I purchase our first home. She was approachable and was always there to answer any questions we had, day or night. Kristen's knowledge base of the area, diligence, and attention to detail made the whole process worry free. She walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us.
