Rachel did a fantastic job representing me and my offer, and overseeing and coordinating the purchase process. Since I was moving to Florida from out of state, she set up the inspection and followed up on inspection issues. She provided a list of insurance agents to help me meet the requirement for HO insurance. She worked very well with the seller's agent. After reading the Zillow reviews, I reached out to Rachel and I was definitely not disappointed! She knows the Vero Beach market and the surrounding areas - because I wasn't sure if Melbourne or Vero or somewhere in between was the best for me. She was patient and we explored a few communities - including new construction. She is just extremely knowledgeable and very organized - which for me is extremely critical.
