When I discovered a property I realized I needed to jump on quickly. Ian is a great, personable guy--and he made things happen!! I was impressed with his knowledge of the process, his ability to work with the seller's agent, and his overall responsiveness throughout the whole purchase. Ian is also a very good explainer, and immediately got back in touch with me when I had any questions. He is so well acquainted with the area, he had a team of ready-to-go helpers when it was time for inspections. and things like that. He built his team based on his personal knowledge, including the lender that I chose to go with, and I found them all to be superb. And after this purchase was wrapped up, he helped my boyfriend find a rental property and helped him navigate that with the landlord as well.
