About Kriste

Kriste's career began in commercial real estate in 1993. After a few years, she became a Residential REALTOR at John Hall & Assoc. She quickly became a Top Producing Agent & a Million Dollar Producer in the late 1990's. Kriste has made it her life work to help make real estate sales easier and more efficient for her clients. She has spent countless hours organizing and putting together strategies for a more streamlined process for the real estate process in home sales. One of Kriste's top priorities is to remain educated on the ever-changing real estate market, the laws and rules affecting real estate sales, and she is always researching new technology to help assist her clients in the process. Through the abundance of extra education that she has acquired over the past couple decades, she has built a wealth of personal knowledge which she implements into her techniques of selling homes. This diligence helps to create a more knowledgeable client, who can make better informed decisions at every step of the way. Kriste is also very involved in different facets of community outreach, government affairs which affect real estate and her clients' private property rights, and makes it her duty to know issues that are affecting the communities with which she serves as a Real Estate Broker. Kriste is actively involved in real estate sales as an Associate Broker w/ My Home Group, and she is working with many buyers & sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals & dreams. Bachelor of Science in Real Estate: Her qualifications include graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Business from Arizona State University. Real Estate Designations: She also has earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, and the At Home With Diversity designation. In addition, she holds the Transnational Referral Certification. Boards & Committees: Kriste has served on a vast number of leadership committees throughout the years. Some of the most notable are as follows: City of Tempe - Historic Preservation Commission. Appointed to 2 1/2 terms while taking over for an unexpected vacancy. Southeast Valley Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee - serves as a current member and past co-chairman Phoenix Sister Cities (multiple countries) and served as past Ennis, Ireland Co-Chair Women's Council of Realtors Leadership AREAA (Asian Real Estate Associates of America) member CREA (Canadian Real Estate Associate) member Tempe Leadership Class of XXXV Last, but not least, Kriste is a certified real estate instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.

Kriste did a fantastic job of helping me in my housing search

Kriste did a fantastic job of helping me in my housing search. I was new to the area, so she took me to several different areas so I could get a feel for what I was potentially getting in each area. She was extremely flexible in scheduling time to look at potential houses. She was great at answering all my questions during the process and she was proactive in ensuring I stayed on top of everything to make the buying process as smooth as possible. This was really important for me as a first time buyer. She really went above and beyond with her work.

Outstanding all around.

I’ve now bought and sold 3 homes with Kriste Melcher. Through the years we’ve become dear friends. With Kriste’s knowledge and professionalism, I’ve no reason to seek out anyone else for my real estate needs. I’m always happy and satisfied after each and every transaction. My last home sold in only about 12hrs. Amazing!

Kriste gets an A+ from us! She worked with us all along the way. She showed us houses on Facetime when we were two thousand miles away, helped us find a place to stay while we were shopping for houses, and she helped us find a great mortgage company too. We chose Kriste because she has a bubbly personality, but she was also willing to fight for us to get the best deal. Even after the purchase of our home, she goes out of her way to stay in touch with us. We feel like she’s more than our agent – she's a friend.
