Sold My House In a Poor Market
The real estate market was poor and got much worse during the period my home of 56 years was on the market. This was caused by high and rising interest rates (government action) and the difficulty of obtaining homeowners insurance from commercial companies. Kristan guided me through house pricing to make my house saleable in these conditions. She negotiated with the buyer to settle the extent and pricing of repairs to the sixty year old house in a very able manner. I was happy with the legal representation she suggested. I highly recommend Kristan Fletcher to any prospective buyer or seller of real estate.
