We were house hunting from afar. Kristal made it very easy. She coordinated everything that needed to be done and kept us up to date from our search right down to closing.

We were researching ourselves what areas we liked and trying to look for houses quickly. The timing did not help since it was weekend and everyone was busy both on sellers side and agents. We missed on a house we liked since someone else got to see it before us. We were able to get this house with all appliances and lamps/fans in house. It made the transition much easier and less worry some to have to install all these items ourselves. She also suggested we get insurance paid by owners on anything that needed repair for that first year. It was a smooth closing since not much repairs were needed. Thanks for your assistance and hope to find another similar home in the future ahead.
