My wife and I really enjoyed working with Kristal throughout an extended search. We moved to Denver from across the country, but even before we arrived, Kristal met with us to discuss our goals and even do a few walk-throughs virtually. She was always very responsive, responding to emails within the day, and that was even before we were in the area. For our first few weekends in the Denver area, Kristal met with us after work or on weekends to do house visits. She was responsive throughout and always on time, and she scheduled the visits and then put together packets with the listing info before we visited each place. We talked through strategy in putting in an offer, and when it came time to put in offers, she was always very quick and got us what we needed. I'd recommend Kristal highly!

Kristal was great throughout the duration of our 2+ year first homebuying experience. Even though our move date kept getting moved later and later, she never abandoned us and was always very quick to reply to questions or provide insight on areas and homes. We live 10 hours away from Colorado and therefore couldn't see a lot of the homes we liked in person. Kristal never hestitated to take many trips to homes to give us video tours of them so that we could make an informed decision. When we did make an offer, she was very knowledgeable with how to make the most convincing offer and we never felt pressured to buy or not buy any home we viewed. I would highly recommend Kristal for any of your home buying or selling needs!!
