Prior to her career in real estate, Krista led a career at GE Commercial Finance in communications, marketing, and sales. Over the last 13 years in real estate, she has successfully tackled an array of unique buying and selling challenges for her clients. Through her extensive work with non-profits and the local business community, she has built a strong network of professionals that helps her serve her clients’ needs to the fullest.
Krista Singleton is a native Texan and has a B.A. in Government/Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Krista began her real estate career in 2010 with deep knowledge of Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter before moving north to Martin County. Her background in finance, marketing, and relationship management provides a solid foundation for the negotiation and customer service skills required of a great agent.
Over the years, Krista has helped relocate out-of-state buyers, guide retirees through the downsizing process, found seasonal clients the "perfect" second or oceanfront home, and successfully tackled an array of unique buying and selling challenges.
Krista currently serves as the President of The Village Club & Preserve, a 501(c)3 volunteer-led organization that revitalized a 10-acre Palm City property in 2019 with a mission to strengthen the bonds of community by providing a place to gather, enrich, and serve. The project was a 2020 Nominee of the Keep Martin Beautiful Environmental Stewardship Awards. Krista was also named a nominee for the 2020 Soroptimist Women of Distinction Award.
When she's not working with clients, coaching a youth basketball or volleyball, or helping plan events to support Treasure Coast charities or causes, Krista enjoys spending time unwinding at our beautiful beaches or poolside with her family, fishing our local waters, enjoying evenings out in Downtown Stuart with friends, or planning a memorable trip to explore new areas of our country or the nearby islands.
Krista has a top-producer within her brokerage, consistency writing a minimum of $1 million in volume each month. In the 2021-2022 timeframe, Krista led more than 30 individuals and families through the selling and buying process to a successful closing. She credits her amazing friends and past client referrals for her success.
“I’m always grateful for new introductions,” says Krista. “My goal is to exceed the expectations and earn the confidence of my clients (who truly become friends during the process) and become their lifelong go-to real estate resource. When someone I’ve helped in the past tells their friend ‘You have to call Krista!’—it’s truly the most sincere compliment I can receive.”
