I know, I know — I should have written this review two months ago. But honestly? I've been so comfortable in this house that I completely lost track of time. I think somewhere around week two I forgot I hadn't lived here my whole life. Turns out that's a great sign for the house... less great for remembering to leave a review. Working with Krista was genuinely one of the best parts of what can be a very stressful process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and somehow always managed to make me feel like everything was under control — even when I was internally spiraling over inspection reports, leaks, termites (?!) and closing costs. She guided me through every step with patience and expertise, and I never once felt lost or out of the loop. Long story short: I found my dream home, I love it, and she's the one that made it happen! If you're looking for an agent who is professional, warm, funny, loves dogs, tries muscle-ups, and actually great at her job — look no further. Just don't wait as long as I did to leave her the five stars she deserves. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

And yet, she negotiated a seller credit that made our monthly payment possible for our budget. She’s smart, scrappy, resourceful, kind and unlike so many other realtors out there, doesn’t pressure you into rushing into a place or making an offer that doesn’t make sense for you or the state of the housing market. If not for Krista we could easily have seen ourselves overpaying or getting into a place we didn’t really like. Krista was amazing! She worked her butt off in a highly competitive market. The agent we had before her was lazy and unresponsive. Krista jumped in from the beginning and fought to get us a great deal on a dream home. She is a throwback to when people used to give great service and cared about their customers.
