Even when she was out of town, she arranged for her colleagues to host open houses on her behalf to ensure we didn't miss any opportunities. Whenever we received negative feedback, she took the initiative to address it personally and find ways to improve our chances of selling the house. Her dedication, proactive communication, and commitment to her clients truly impressed us.
