In terms of responsiveness I never felt that she was unavailable throughout the entire process of buying my condo. Also, despite condos being outside of her typical appointment she was still very knowledgeable and led me through the process and all the paper work. Since I knew what I wanted we moved very quickly. From a tour to closing took less then a month and a half and Krista had no issue keeping up with the pace. Furthermore, there was no need for negotiation as she proposed a fair price for both parties.

I was a first-time home buyer and Krista made the experience easy. She was extremely responsive and I never had to wait for an answer if I ever had a question. She was always willing to go to any showing I wanted, and in the end, helped me find my great home. She helped simplify every step of the process, and always was there any time I needed her. Thanks to her, I am a proud new homeowner. I highly recommend her for any buyer and plan to use her in the future to sell.
