I have found Krista to be a very dedicated realtor. She researched the house I was interested in selling and provided a suggested selling price based on her market analysis. We then determined a price that reflected my expectations for the sale of the house. She suggested a plan of marketing that would interest the target market. When offers came in, Krista explained why a particular offer was presented in the way that it was and if it was a solid offer. She also offered possible counter offers that she believed would help us close the sale. During the selling process Krista kept me well informed of the showings and if our approach was generating interest and offers. And the extraordinary thing about Krista was that she was willing to go the extra mile by doing some work herself to resolve some issues that we were not able to resolve of through regular channels. She worked with the title company to clear any problems and to move the process forward quickly. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and always willing to help in whatever way she could.
