Last year, my wife and I were looking for a larger house with more acreage. Krista showed us every property that fit our criteria as soon as it became available. I didn't know at the beginning of our house hunt that our marriage would soon be ending. I lost touch with Krista as the separation became finalized. Fast forward , eight months. I'm ready to buy my own home, my first home. I left Krista a voicemail asking if she would be my realtor and letting her know I understood if the answer was no. I got a call back shortly from Krista saying she would love to help me. I purchased my home with her help last month. The reason I'm writing this review with such detail is because i am truly astounded by Krista's heart. Most anyone that works on commission would have not returned my call. She helped me navigate the intensely scary process of purchasing a home. She even waited patiently for my "cold feet" to pass. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding everything from building code to the requirements of different types of loans. She is completely honest in the presentation of the properties she shows and for that I am truly grateful. She is an experienced realtor with patience and integrity. She is never pushy and is always quick to respond to her client. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.
