Instead of continuing to rent in Islamorada we thought let’s go look at some properties. We knew the location we wanted to be in & we needed 2 condos. One for me & my husband and one for my parents. Krissy was the listing agent. I called her on 1/29 at an odd hour expecting to leave a message. Instead we had a nice chat. We toured 3 condos the next day, put offers in on 1/31 and closed on 3/15! Both condos, same building. We’re all thrilled! Krissy was stellar to work with. She was efficient, responsive and on top of every step in the process. We got to know her as more than just the RE Agent who facilitated our purchases….she is a truly lovely, kind and generous soul.
