Kris was my sales agent and closed escrow in 7 days. She was extremely helpful coordinating the repair of a troublesome heating unit, which required multiple visits from plumbers, HVAC guys, and the original repipe team from 4 years ago. She did a great job selling the condo, which sold far above what I thought I could get in the current market. Kris was also my purchasing agent and closed escrow in 14 days. She got us the last showing appointment for the home by negotiating with the listing agent. During the short escrow she coordinated the inspections, answered my questions regarding property taxes, impound fees, mortgage rates, and the escrow process. She also helped us plan for renovations & repairs for the next 10 years and got us in contact with vendors she trusts. In 2 months, Kris was able to get my family out of a small condo and into our dream home!

My condo in Irvine sold brfore the real estate agents even had a chance to view it. My house in Tustin sold 4 weeks after it was listed at a price I was pleased with.
