I really hope this review lives up to the outstanding service Erika and I received from Kris Schoppers. Kris Schopper has been the best real estate agent I ever dealt with. She is in a class of her own when it comes to professionalism, expertise, communication, and buyer/seller advocate. I met Kris by emailing her on Realtor.com. Kris was representing a pending property I was interested in, but the house was already in escrow and not available. I started asking her questions about the area, and she was very informative while teaching me what areas had what I was looking for. She never pressured me after giving me information, and after a few long conversations, I decided she would be the best realtor to represent us as a buyer. Kris is very knowledgeable and professional in all her dealings. Her communication was outstanding and she always made herself available for extended conversations about available properties. Whatever questions I had, I could depend on her expertise and knowledge to write up the best offer that benefits Erika and I. Although she was very professional throughout, she made our experience feel like a genuine friendship. She went beyond just business; she made us feel like we were good friends. This was very important to us because we were from out of town. Kris is very well connected; anything I needed assistance with while buying my home, Kris provided me the resources and contacts. I am very grateful we have chosen Kris Schopper as our realtor while buying this house. Kris made sure we found the right home at the right price while ensuring we were taken care of throughout closing.
