Kris helped us purchase a home on one of the beautiful lakes that we use for our primary vacation home, and for short term rental when not being used. We quickly saw the potential in Kris and areas surrounding Fort Mohave and Bullhead and purchase another Piece of property within 2 months that has awesome VRBO potential. Not only did she help us negotiate again a good price but help us fund within 30 days. This allowed us the extra cash to do some minor renovation and get the property to market in record time. Plan or purchasing at least 2 more properties in the near future and would never think of going with anyone else.
