We especially appreciated Kris' ability to relate to us as out of state buyers and the meaningful support and guidance she provided. Meeting Kris for the first time at the offices of the title company subtly indicated to us that she was prepared and committed to move our lot purchase along quickly. And we were grateful that she told us of steps we could take proactively to ensure that closing wasn't delayed when that time came.
