Over 21 years this is the third property I purchased through Kris and second property I purchased with her help in Sedona in the last couple years. The first property I purchased through her was in Scottsdale about 21 years ago but my review focuses on my second of two purchases through Kris in the last year and a half in Sedona. I had lost touch with Kris but was driving neighborhoods looking at properties I saw online - and one day I saw a listing sign with the name Kris Anderson. I wondered if it was the same Kris Anderson so I called the number and turns out it was! I spoke with her assistant who said she would get back with me shortly. I was instantly impressed when she called me back with her professionalism and her knowledge of other properties I had recently acquired to get an understanding of my real estate portfolio and giving her an idea of what I would be looking for. When it came to the property associated with this review in particular - I wasn't keeping a very close eye on the Sedona market as I was deep into the renovation of the first property just purchased months earlier, but Kris contacted me one morning with a property that had just come on the market an hour before and had all I wanted and more! She arranged a showing for a few hours later and by that evening she again helped me put in the winning offer on a property that received a few other strong offers. Both of the properties in Sedona were bought for investment purposes and both have exceeded my expectations for the income they are bringing! The second property in particular was the best value I have ever seen for a rental come up in Sedona! She was very helpful throughout both transactions and always available for help and questions. Her expertise in investment properties in particular in the local market is evident as she was knowledgeable about the municipality and how they are handling and viewing rental properties.
