Kory has been our realtor for years and has sold 2 homes for us, in record time (2 days for our first house and 3 days for our second house). The sales went very smoothly and very organized. He is a very seasoned and professional Realtor! He is competitive and wants to get the best price for his clients whether you’re selling or buying and we appreciate that! He also helped with the purchase of 2 new homes. We had some big issues arise with the builder of our most recent home purchase (basement flooded 2 times just before closing and carpet not getting replaced before moving in) and Kory took the fight off our plate and had everything resolved in a very timely manner!
