Kory was an asset to us during the selling and purchasing of our homes. He made sure we received a fair selling price and negotiated for us to make the purchase our new home and did so with the highest professionalism. Kory was more than generous with his time, making sure that all of our needs were met. There were several challenges during the process that could have been stressful but Kory put us at ease through the entire process. His patience, knowledge, attention to detail and sacrifice of time was incredible. He answered all questions and was straightforward with us. Kory’s personality was definitely a strength as we made our decisions. We really can’t say enough about how happy we were with the positive experience and most importantly the results from Kory Gilliland.

The experience was not up to par. He showed me around some houses but he gave off a negative, urgent vibe. I felt very uncomfortable. Would not reccomend.

Kory was kind , personable, very attentive to every need. Yes there were obstacles but Kory was on top of it every time. We love Kory, he's become a great friend of the family. I highly recommend him and will use him again.
