She is very knowledgeable regarding subcontractors and arranged for painters, flooring, crawl space experts, carpenters and plumbers when I needed new work done on my new house and on the house I was selling. One of Korrie's main strengths is her ability to assess the real estate market and negotiate a contract that makes her client happy. She got me an excellent price for my home!
