Korrie Wood is the best real estate agent I have found in my experience of buying and selling 7 homes in my lifetime (so far). She is efficient, has a keen knowledge of the business, is very professional, is easily accessible for questions and concerns, and most importantly, she truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to help them. When I was moving out of my house, she came that day and spent the entire day helping me move! She is very knowledgeable regarding subcontractors and arranged for painters, flooring, crawl space experts, carpenters and plumbers when I needed new work done on my new house and on the house I was selling. One of Korrie's main strengths is her ability to assess the real estate market and negotiate a contract that makes her client happy. She got me an excellent price for my home! If I am ever going to buy and/or sell another house, I will definitely use Korrie Wood as my agent!
